Yes. The Prompt Pay program is a discounted rate that can be offered to patients who do not have insurance or who have an insurance that Kids First Pediatrics is not contracted with. Please contact our front office for details.
Yes, we will send you the new patient paperwork electronically 24-48 hours prior to your appointment. A version of the check-in paperwork will be required before every appointment.
You can find our medical records release form by clicking here or on our website under Our Office → Patient Forms. Fill out the form then email it to us at [email protected]. You can use this form to have KFP request records from or release records to another doctor/individual. KFP will notify you, usually through text, once medical records are received.

You can access a printable copy of your child’s vaccine record in the Documents section of your Follow My Health patient portal. Don’t see a copy in the Documents section? Send us a message to let us know you need it, and we will upload it. You can also request school notes this way.
You can request a medication refill via your FMH patient portal. If you do not have an account or you cannot access the account, please contact us at 972-317-6000 and select option 2.
Allow up to 1-2 hours for prescriptions to be transmitted to the pharmacy. You can also call the pharmacy to see if they have received and filled the prescription.
