We got to spend some nice family time the other weekend at my in-laws lake house. While we were there it rained, so we watched a documentary on Netflix. It was called “The Magic-Pill” and it talked about how the “magic-pill” is WHOLE FOODS! That is what we NEED to be eating to help with all of our ailments. Whether it is a small issue like being overweight, or a bigger chronic issue, like diabetes, high cholesterol, or attention issues, eating whole foods can help! I would challenge you all as parents and even your older kids/teens to watch this documentary this summer to help encourage you to make better food choices for the long-term.
