Suicide hits us all hard.  Recently, we have had two teen suicides in our high schools.  Pediatricians have been hitting back at this issue and we are trying to make a difference.  One of the ways we succeed is to have routine well visits.  Starting as early as 11 years old we are actively screening for depression, anxiety and other concerns. Help us help your child and get your routine visit!  The sooner we identify an issue the sooner we can avoid a suicidal event.

In addition, here are some awesome sights to help deal with suicidal issues as well as depression and anxiety compiled by Kassie, my awesome front office staff.  Both Kassie and Crystal attended the 10th Annual Suicide Walk at Parker Square in Flower Mound this November.
