  Get outside for your eyes.  And for the rest of your brain as well.  Studies are showing significant decrease in the need for eye correction inCC-Facebook-Template Webiste children who have increased outdoor time.  Sunlight increases the hormone dopamine in the brain.  This helps prevent the eye from distorting out of proportion!  AND it helps the mind feel less stressed and anxious. Walk, play and sit outside.  I am not saying to increase your time outside with sports back to back.  I mean just relax, go camping, have a picnic, read outside, do homework outside!

Take a break and spend it in the sun!  The EYES have it!
