No Show Policy... Kids First Pediatrics will make every effort to remind you of your appointment. Please update your home, work and cell phone numbers along with your email address each time you visit.  You can also update your information through our website once you have established an account.

Kids First Pediatrics is responsible for providing timely care for many children with serious and possibly urgent problems. Failing to notify us that you will not make your appointment affects our ability to schedule properly and provide care for our patients.

There is a $30.00 no show/late-cancellation fee. All appointments must be cancelled the day prior to your appointment. Rescheduling must take place 1 1/2 hour before your appointment time.You may cancel by leaving a message or in response to an automated phone call reminding you of your appointment. Insurance will not cover charges for no show/late-cancellation fees.
