Added sugars and health problems

American kids are eating and drinking too many added sugars which can lead to health problems such as weight gain and obesity, type 2 diabetes, and heart disease and many other problems.We need to move more, eat mainly real whole foods and get  fewer calories in the form of sugar. -Leigh Gistinger, CPNP
